Fr. Christopher Colven

Father Christopher Colven came to Spanish Place in 2009, taking over from Father Terry Phipps. His responsibility as Parish Priest as set out in the Church’s Canon Law is “to ensure that the word of God is proclaimed in its entirety, to foster works which promote the spirit of the Gospel, including its relevance to social justice, and to see that Christ’s faithful are nourished by a devout celebration of the sacraments”. These aims Father Colven endeavours to fulfil!
